*Prices for add ons are available on respective order forms.
*Prices attached are base price for 1 character. Add character = +100% each.> Requests by VGen is more recommended for overseas client for convenience.

GENERAL

  • Any use of GenAI (feeding my artwork to train AI, modifying my artwork with GenAI, etc) is EXTREMELY PROHIBITED.

  • Rupiah rate is STRICTLY for local clients.

  • The artist has the right to decline a commission if they see fit.

  • Commissions will be done one by one. The work duration for each begins after the previous one is finished. Kindly keep this in mind.

  • Est. working duration is 1-2 weeks. The artist will contact you if there's a trouble irl that delays the progress of your commission.

  • The progress will always be updated both on Trello and sent directly to you weekly via DM.

  • Artist will have full credits for the commissioned piece. The commissioned result(s) will be uploaded on my SNS as portfolio with low resolution and watermarks.

  • Please fill the request form accordingly if you want the commission to be private.

  • In case where the client requests for the commission result not to be published until a certain date, kindly negotiate with the artist. (max 3 month)

  • Any unauthorized use of a commissioned work outside the client and artist is STRICTLY prohibited.

  • There will be no REFUND or CANCELATION.

COMMERCIAL USE

  • Commercial use—the use of commission results as assets for the purposes of any monetized account will be charged +50% the original prices.

  • Commission for printed merchandise will be charged thrice (3X) the original price, unless there's separate agreement in person for profit sharing commercial scheme and such.

REVISION

  • If SKEB, minor revision can ONLY be done at the end of work if I made a mistake.

  • Major revision can only be made during the sketch. Once the sketch is approved, you can only ask for minor revisions on the finished artwork preview.

  • Major revision on sketch can only be done for free 3 time. for the second one, you will be charged 2$ per revision.

  • Minor revision after the artwork preview is done can be proposed for 4 times at most, any more than that, you will be charged for 2$ per revision.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is to be done AFTER SKETCH for mutual convenience. Unless it's SKEB.

  • SKEB commissions should be paid upfront because there's no sketch update midway.

  • Clients can immediately make a full payment (FP) upfront after sketch is sent.

  • For DP, another settlement invoice will be sent before the finished work files.

HOW TO REQUEST?

DIRECT COMMISSION

  • Optional: contact me via DM for booking / inquiries before I send you the commission form link or clicking the commission form from this carrd.

  • Fill up the commission form accordingly.

  • Form submission will be automatically sent to my email inbox.

  • Kindly wait for me to review the form and reach up to you to confirm your order and total calculated price within 1x24 at latest.

  • Commission is done via form to help me keep the reference files, requests, and queue in order and preventing them to get lost. Discussion/communication via dm regarding the commission is still very much open.

VGEN

  • Click the "VGEN" button that will redirect you to my VGen page.

  • Pick the service you want to request.

  • Kindly follow the existing request template and workflow from the website.
